    6-30-2024.... This is great acting, great writing, great directing and a beautiful cast! And I can watch it with my Grandchildren!! I can't even do that with Disney movies now😢 What a lost world😢

    If you like Monty Wooly you'll probably enjoy the comedy "The Man Who Came to Dinner." Bette Davis, Ann Sheridan also in the cast with a cameo by Jimmy Durante.

    Richard Tauber was a great friend of my father.Dad died years ago,but I remember him speaking to me about the lovely times he spent with this great singer.Once he took me to Richard’s tomb when I was a little girl.Its in Brompton cemetery He was a really lovely person.

    This was my Great Aunt Jean's favourite song. She'd sometimes sing it to "embarrass" everyone at family events. Just a few days before she died, she was singing this at a family party as she was dying and then, she was gone less than two weeks later. They played this at her funeral and I can't listen to it even now after 3 years without floods of tears. God Rest her Soul.

    Most musicals seem to have a stand-out song which is of much higher quality than the other songs in the musical. This is surely the stand-out song from "Bless the Bride". I wonder if Ellis and Herbert knew this when they wrote the song.
